Yogurt-Pecan Waffles

Yogurt-Pecan Waffles

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add yogurt, egg and melted butter. Beat well. Fold in chopped nuts.

Spray an 8-inch waffle iron with vegetable cooking spray. Pour about 1 cup of batter into waffle iron. Cook three to five minutes, or until lightly browned.
