Ingredients:
- 3 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 shot of espresso
- 8 Lotus Biscoff cookies
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
1. Scoop the Greek yogurt into a container. Add the shot of espresso and mix until combined. Add the ladyfinger cookies to the mixture. Let it chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
2. After it’s done chilling, dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
