225g/8oz pitted no soak prunes
150g/5oz plain chocolate- melted
2 medium eggs
50g/2oz brown sugar
100g/4oz self raising flour
cocoa powder for dusting
pre heat oven to 190 degrees or 150 for fan ovens (gas 5)
put prunes in a saucepan with 200ml/1/3 pint of water and bring to the boil allow to simmer for approx 15 mins. cool then blend mixture till it resembles yougurt
grease and base line a 18 x 27 cm cake tin (oblong).
put prunes in a bowl and add rest of ingrediants, mix well
put mix in cake tin and cook for about 20-25 mins
serves 12- approx 140 cals and 4g fat.
