Yummy Corn Pudding Supreme

3 large eggs, room temperature
2-1/2 cups fresh corn or 2 (10-oz) packages frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350*F

Beat eggs until light, the add remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for one hour. Serve immediately.
