Yummy Mexican Chicken
4-6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 (8-12 oz.) jar salsa
1/2 jar water
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crock-pot, sprinkle taco seasoning on top of chicken, pour salsa over seasoning and chicken and then pour 1/2 jar of water around the edges. Set crock-pot on low and walk away for 6-8 hours. When it is done the chicken will fall apart, as if shredded. Serve on tortilla with sour cream, cheese and assorted toppings of your choice.
