2- 3.4oz boxes of Instant Pistachio Pudding
2- cups milk
2- teaspoons of almond or vanilla extract (I prefer the almond)
1- 8oz. container of thawed Cool Whip
If you want less fat, use skim milk and fat free Cool Whip.
Blend pudding, milk and extract together. Fold into Cool Whip. Refrigerate for
1/2 hour. Serve with strawberries, grapes, melon, pineapple and watermelon.
