Zesty Lime Cookies

3/4 Cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ Cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons lime zest
2 Cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
Preheat oven to 325-degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with non-stick
cooking spray. Add butter and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Add lime juice and lemon zest and mix well. Add flour and beat until thoroughly combined. Form 1/2-inch balls and place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes.
To make glaze: mix together powdered sugar and limejuice until combined. Remove cookies from oven and transfer to a wire rack. Cool 15 minutes and drizzle glaze over cookies. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes 16 cookies.
