Zippy Potatoes

Zippy Potatoes

1 T. vegetable oil
1 tsp. paprika powder
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
4 med. potatoes, peeled & cut up

In microwave-safe baking dish, add oil, paprika, dill weed, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Blend well. Add potatoes, toss to coat well. Cover loosely with plastic. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Stir. Cover again and return to microwave. Cook on high for another 6 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Let stand 3 minutes. Instead of the microwave, you can put on a jelly roll pan in oven at 425° until tender (around 20 minutes) and then brown under broiler for a few minutes. Serves 4.

These sound very good and easy to make. I think that I will make them tonight for dinner. Thanks
