4 medium zucchini, sliced in 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Set power select on High. In 8-inch round baking dish, combine zucchini, Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce. Heat, covered, 8 to 9 minutes or until zucchini is tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving. Makes about 8 servings.
