Chipotle Mexican Grill Citrus Vinaigrette

1/2 cup citrus juice (2/3 lemon juice, 1/3 lime juice)
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, minced
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoon black pepper
17 ounce. olive oil

Place all ingredients – except oil – in a blender and mix for 10 seconds.
Pour oil in slowly and blend on low speed for about 20 to 30 seconds.
